Summit 2026

Aileron Summit 2026 is a two-day experience built for business owners, presidents and CEOs and the leaders who run alongside them.

The two days are intentionally designed to work together — but they serve different people and different purposes. The ideal experience for Summit will be for an owner/President/CEO to attend day 1 and then have 1-2 senior leaders join them for day 2.

Day 1: For Presidents, and CEOs September 22, 2026

Day 1 belongs to the President. You will be in a room with other business owners, Presidents, and CEOs running privately held businesses of similar size and complexity, people who understand the pace, the pressure, and the decisions that are yours alone to carry.

Day 2: For Presidents and their senior leaders September 23, 2026

Day 2 shifts from the owner as an individual to the owner as part of a team. The ideal experience is coming with one or two members of your leadership team, people who are close enough to the business to do real work alongside you. Senior leaders are also welcome to attend day two without their President
