Program Details

Your Explore Conscious Leadership experience includes:

Facilitated Workshop (full day — in person): You’ll learn core conscious leadership principles alongside your peers and under the guidance of an Aileron Facilitator.
Energy Leadership Index Assessment (~30 minutes — online): On your own, you’ll take an ELI Assessment — a research-backed tool that gives awareness into how you show up in times of stress and non-stress.
Virtual Peer Group (90 minutes — virtual): One month after the workshop, you’ll gather virtually with your fellow participants for a follow-up Peer Group to debrief your ELI Assessment results with your Facilitator.

Benefits of this workshop include reduced interpersonal dysfunction, less blame and finger-pointing, improved communication across the organization, and better relationships at work and at home.
