Strategic Planning and Execution is a 12-month experience that guides business owners and their leadership teams to shape a shared direction for the future and implement actionable strategic plans to realize it.

Service Description

Over your 12-month journey, you’ll work through a regular rhythm of five touchpoints — coaching sessions, working sessions, team check-ins, individual work, and just-in-time support — to move work forward under the guidance of your Facilitator and back at the office with your team. The frequency of those touchpoints is dependent on whether you would benefit from a highly guided experience (Option A) or a more low-touch experience (Option B).

Your experience will be further customized to your organization’s needs with tracks: common paths to move through a service. We have three common tracks — New Strategy, Strategy Refresh, and Strategy Execution — or you can create your own track. There’s no need to define your track now; you can uncover your track with your Aileron Facilitator once you get started.
