As we work to make campus accessible to our community while keeping you and your team safe, you’ll notice a few modifications during your next visit.
Room occupancy: We’ve modified occupancy maximums in several rooms to maintain social distancing guidelines. During this time, the Dining Room can seat a max of 14 people and will be set up as shown in the picture above. Please note, as an indoor/ outdoor room, the Dining Room is semi-private. During your meeting time, others will not use the space, but may pass by.
Meals: You can purchase boxed lunches through our caterer, Amber Rose, here. All meals and on-campus snacks are pre-packaged for your health and safety. We are asking that you eat your meals in your reserved room or outside.
Weather: The Dining Room doors by default will be open, but in case of inclement weather, we will have the doors closed.
